Roger Higgins has over 40 years experience in mine management, project development and sustainability. He has worked in Australia, Canada, Chile, Papua New Guinea and USA. He is a Non Executive Director of Newcrest Mining Ltd (ASX: NCM), Metminco Ltd (ASX: MNC) and Ok Tedi Mining Ltd, Adjunct Professor with the Sustainable Minerals Institute (University of Queensland), and Chair, International River Foundation.


Andrew Woskett

Managing Director

B Eng, M Comm Law, FAusIMM

Andrew Woskett has over 30 years project and corporate experience in the mining industry. He held senior development responsibility for a variety of Australian mining landmarks. Andrew has been directly responsible for evaluation, definition, promotion, financing and management of multiple Australian resources projects in base metals, gold, nickel, iron ore and coal. Andrew is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.


Dr Antonio Belperio

Tony Belperio has over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of geological disciplines in university, government and mineral exploration entities. He received AMEC's Prospector of the Year Award (jointly) in 2003 for the Prominent Hill copper-gold discovery and was awarded the Bruce Webb Medal by the South Australian Division of the Geological Society of Australia in 2010 for his contributions to Earth Sciences. He is a director of ASX listed Thomson Resources Ltd (ASX: TMZ).


George McKenzie

George McKenzie is a resources and native title lawyer with over 25 years’ experience representing many of South Australia’s explorers and mine developers. He is a long standing Councillor of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy Inc (SACOME), having served as Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber. George was recently made Honorary Life Member of SACOME. He has also been a member of the Minerals and Energy Advisory Council which advises the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy on strategic issues, since inception of the Council in 2000.


Varis Lidums

Company Secretary & Commercial Manager

Varis Lidums is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the resources, energy and accounting industries.  He previously held senior positions in the UK with BP and Shell.  Varis has experience in mergers and acquisitions, including Minotaur Exploration’s takeover of Breakaway Resources Ltd.
