Regeneration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Minotaur Exploration Ltd has completed a transformation in its ownership. The 9^{th<\/sup> November 2021 Takeover Offer received from Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX: ADN) now finalised\u00a0resulted in\u00a0Minotaur becoming a\u00a0controlled\u00a0subsidiary of Andromeda,\u00a0shortly to be\u00a0removed from the ASX official list.<\/p>\n}

Minotaur\u2019s kaolin related assets now reside under the control of Andromeda facilitating speedy progression of the Great White Kaolin project towards development in 2022.<\/p>\n

Andromeda is\u00a0moving towards issue of a definitive feasibility study (DFS) for the proposed low Capex, 26-year life-of-mine kaolin-halloysite resource near Streaky Bay in the west of South Australia.<\/p>\n

A positive and robust DFS (as anticipated) should evolve into a Bankable Feasibility Study, providing a firm basis for the project\u00a0to attract debt and\/or equity funding to implement the development and make a rational decision to mine.<\/p>\n

The DFS (due in Q1 of 2022) will define product mix, sales schedules and anticipated price points based on customer engagement, allowing analysts to forecast potential GWJV revenues and free cash flows estimated to accrue to the project owners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
